De Moksha has great potential with its beautiful tropical garden setting and luxurious villas, but there are several issues that need addressing, including maintenance and customer service. While my room was clean and comfortable, the dining experience could use improvement and their advertised services were not fully upheld. I had a pretty rough start to my honeymoon at this hotel. The place was way too dark at night, giving off a really eerie vibe. The room wasn’t private at all, and I had to face some creepy crawlers in the bathroom. While the location is quite remote and a bit challenging to reach, it did offer a peaceful environment. Sadly, the management was unresponsive to my concerns, which was frustrating. Overall, it felt like a horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
